Our standard session or creative fee (also referred to as a "sitting" fee) is $200. This covers up to 2 hours in session time and up to 2 locations, as time allows (travel time between locations counts towards total session time). Up to 4 people (one additional person, $50, $35/person after that). Matted prints, gallery canvas wraps and other products are additional.

Our session fees cover travel up to 30 miles from our location. A $50 travel fee will be added for distances greater than 30 miles (we'll discuss the travel fee further if the distance is greater than 60 miles). Contact us for print pricing details.

Additional Session Options

Image Portrait
Our Image Portrait session is great for spiffy social media avatars and profiles as well as professional headshots. The session is 30 minutes, one location. It includes 3 large, web-resolution images great for Facebook. $125

High School Senior Portraits
We recommend our standard session for most senior photo shoots. The included time gives everyone a chance to get comfortable and relax, and allows us time to explore several different scenarios. The end result is a wide variety of images to choose from.

The Senior Basic
If you're really just wanting to get a pic for the yearbook, we offer the Senior Basic session, which is 30 minutes, up to 2 clothing changes (changing time counts towards the 30 minutes). As with all senior sessions, we send the actual image you choose for the yearbook into your school, and this is included. $95

Policies
All sales are final. All payments and session fees are non-refundable.

We respect your time and we ask that you respect ours. If a client is 15 minutes late for an appointment, Birch Blaze Studios has the right to reschedule the appointment. If a client needs to reschedule, they must give at least 48 hour notice before any appointments. If a client is within 48 hours, a $50 rescheduling fee will be collected to proceed. No call, no shows will require repayment of missed session(s). To reschedule, the client must repay the current session fees. If a client is a no call, no show for an order meeting, a $25 rescheduling fee will be collected to proceed.

All session fees are prepaid the day you call to book. We will not secure a date and time until this is paid.

Once you sign your order form agreement and/or pick up form, you agree that every aspect of your order is accurate and complete. Once you sign your pick up form, your portraits can not be edited or changed, because all products are custom made and can not be resold to anyone else. Once your order has been signed, it is sent to our lab and can not be changed or canceled in anyway, no matter what payment method. If any payments are canceled, Birch Blaze Studios has the right to take legal action and the collection of a $100 cancelation fee or a $50 returned check fee. Birch Blaze Studios also has the right to turn any unpaid accounts over to their credit collection agencies, due to the fact that Birch Blaze Studios and their employees have already completed their job, even if I have chosen a payment method by which my portraits get ordered at a later time.

All portraits will be retained for at least 30 days after you pick up your finished portraits. If you need additional portraits, you must order then within that time. Sometimes we still have yet to clean out our storage, so please check with the studio if you are interested in reordering. The reorder minimum is $100 and must be prepaid complete in advance.
